All of our hospitals are open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday. Our Latham office is open Saturday from 1:00pm to 5:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for emergencies. Our doctors are on-call from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm every day, and we cover our own emergencies during that time. Our phones are answered twenty-four hours per day. Should an emergency occur after 11:00 pm, you will be referred to a local emergency clinic for assistance. If you need to call your veterinarian at any time for an emergency, please keep your phone line open and available for an immediate return call. Your veterinarian will be paged at once, and it can waste precious moments if he or she is unable to get through to you at the phone number you have provided.
