If you are a first time visitor to Latham Veterinary Hospital, we would
like to thank you for choosing us to provide veterinary services for your
family. We are committed to the highest quality care and assistance for
your pet and your family, and we want to make your experience a successful
one for all of us. We feel that educated pet owners can make the best decisions
for their animals, and we hope to be a part of your learning process.
When you come to visit us, we would recommend the following:

First, please schedule an appointment. We try to accommodate walk-in
clients, but there will be times of the day when doctors are performing
surgery or seeing scheduled clients. As a result, the wait may be
longer than we would like. Of course, in event of emergency, please
call us so we may assist you as quickly as possible. Our phone number
is (518) 785-1481. We provide twenty-four hour phone coverage.

Please arrive a few minutes (5-10) early for your first appointment
to help us enter your information into our computer system and prepare
your pet's health history folder. If you have previous records from
another veterinarian or a breeder, please bring them to the appointment
or contact us about faxing medical reports.

|
|
Please bring a fresh fecal sample (within twelve hours) if possible
so that your pet may be checked for parasites. We recommend that pets
be checked on an annual basis at their physical exams.

|
Payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept cash,
checks, VISA, and MasterCard. We are happy to provide estimates regarding
expected costs of services at any time.
